More Bees Mod 1.12.2, 1.11.2 (Bee Farming)

As of Current there are 23 species and 8 families (branches) as default (core), but if other mods are added that add certain resources like lead then more species are available (addon). In total there are 18 addon bees and 1 branch. There is also several added bee traits.

Rocky

• produces: rocky combs
• is the only bee found in hives (Rocky hives). There hives can be found in the overworld where there is large areas of exposed rock like what is found on extreme hills. There hives spawn with iron and coal ore around them even if it is higher than the maximum level iron normal spawns at.

Hardened

• produces: rocky combs
• created from: Rocky and Cultivated

Obsidian

• produces: rocky combs and obsidian
• created from: Hardened and Steadfast

Lapis

• produces: rocky combs and lapis
• created from: Obsidian and Imperial

Effects

• Wither: gives mobs and players in the bees territory the wither effect
• Radiation: gives mobs and players in the bees territory Hunger effect
• Slime: gives mobs and players in the bees territory Jump boost effect

Currently there are 3 frames added.

Sweet frame

The sweet Frame is a relatively cheap frame to make to speed up early bee production, but since of this it is detrimental to bees health.

It is created in a carpenter by surrounding an untreated frame with sticks and soaked it in liquid honey. The sweetness from the honey helps the bee produce more but is bad for there health.

Mutating frame

The Mutating Frame is used to speed up bee breeding but at with adverse effects to bees health

It is created in a carpenter by surrounding an Impregnated frame with soul sand and royal jelly then soaked it in alcoholic Short mead honey. This disorientates the bees and slowly mutates them causeing lower production and higher chance of mutation

Super Cooled frame

The Super Cooled Frame is a relatively expensive frame used to speed up production significantly

It is created in a carpenter by surrounding an Impregnated frame with copper and sticks then soaked it in Crushed ice. This allows the bees to produce more without overheating themselves but this is very bad for there health.

• Metallic Comb when centrifuged gives bees wax, honey and Metallic Propolis

Propolis

• Metallic Propolis when centrifuged gives propolis and metalic grains

• Metallic grains are used in a carpenter to create various metal dusts.
• Crystal grains are used in a carpenter to create various Crystal branch items e.g. quartz.
