XL Packets Mod (1.18.2, 1.16.5) – Fix Server with Too Many Recipes

XL Packets Mod (1.18.2, 1.16.5) fixes Bug: MC-185901 (Impossible to join a server with too many recipes) by raising the packet size limit from 2MB to 2GB, so that servers with large datapacks, packets, etc don’t kick the client. This mod is needed clientside for any connecting clients.
