Using the Crusher to Crush rotten flesh into biofuel used to be a mekanism feature but was removed as they wanted the biofuel generation to be based on the composter in Minecraft. Mekanism Rotten Flesh Crusher Conversion Mod (1.19.3, 1.16.5) simply just adds that feature back, allowing you to crush 1 rotten flesh into 2 biofuel.
