Features:

• Followers Teleport Too makes getting your wolves and cats out of sticky situations a lot easier. Currently in the vanilla game whenever you teleport, your followers will be left behind.
• With this mod, you’ll be able to bring your pets with you back to the base easily. It checks for non-sitting followers around the player when the teleport is about to occur.
• If it finds any, they’ll be teleported to the location the player is going to.
