BF Stamina Mod [1.19.2] adds a stamina indicator. When breaking blocks, colliding with mobs, running, or jumping, stamina is consumed. Stamina always replenishes within 13-23 seconds. If a player runs out of stamina, they’ll suffer from slowness, weakness, and the miner’s curse. To increase stamina, you need to spend it. For every 50 stamina points spent, you gain +1 to your maximum stamina1.
