In your possession, you’ll have special clocks that allow you to manipulate time for specific blocks or entities in I Don’t Have Time Mod [1.20.1] [1.19.2] . By right-clicking in the air while holding the clock, you’ll increase the acceleration value. Holding the Shift key while doing the same will decrease it. Clicking the clock on a block or mob applies the specified acceleration value to it. This feature allows you, for example, to speed up crop growth.
