Better Shields Mod (1.18.2, 1.16.5) is a small Minecraft Vanilla+ Mod that adds Shields for all the Tool Materials and makes different Shields absorb different amounts of damage. The better shields are crafted from Vanilla shields and three of their respective material.

Features:

  • Default shield damage reduction:
    • Vanilla Shield: 75%.
    • Iron Shield: 90%.
    • Gold Shield: 85%.
    • Diamond Shield: 100%.
    • Netherite Shield: 100%.
