Complex Crops Mod 1.12.2, 1.7.10 (Corn, Cucumbers, Rice, Butter Bread)
Complex Crops Mod 1.12.2, 1.7.10 adds a several unique crops to Minecraft. Corn, cucumbers, and rice. The two-block tall corn crop can be harvested for corn cobs, the cucumber vine for cucumbers, and the water-loving rice crop for rice. This mod is singleplayer and multiplayer compatible.
Features:
Corn:
Corn seeds are used to grow the corn crop. They can be obtained by breaking tall grass. The seeds can then be planted on tilled dirt.
The crop will grow to two blocks high! When the crop is fully grown, left click to harvest it. Harvests yield 1-2 corn cobs and 0-2 corn seeds.
Corn cobs restore 2 hunger and can be crafted to give four corn seeds.
Corn seeds can be cooked in the furnace to produce popcorn, which restores 1 hunger.
Cucumber:
Cucumber seeds are used to grow the cucumber stem. They can be obtained by breaking tall grass. The seeds can then be planted on tilled dirt.
Cucumbers restore 4 hunger and can be crafted to give four cucumber seeds.
Cucumber stems grow similar to pumpkin and melon stems. However, instead of growing a pumpkin or melon, they grow a cucumber vine above them if there is an available block to place it on. When placing the vine, the stem favors placements in order: North, East, West, South.
Cucumber vines are grown by the cucumber stem. They grow more cucumber vines above them. If the number of vines vertically reaches four, the vines will stop growing. If a vine is placed above four vines or the connection is severed between the vine and a fully grown stem, the vine will eventually decay. Cucumber vines can be left-clicked to harvest a cucumber.

Rice:
Rice is used to grow the rice crop. It can be obtained by breaking tall grass. The seeds can then be planted directly on water as long as it is shallow. Rice can also be eaten to restore 2 hunger.
The crop grows very similar to wheat, except that it grows on water rather than tilled dirt. Harvests yield 1-4 rice.
Butter can be used to “butter” certain foods. Crafting it with a food adds 2 hunger restoration and 0.1 saturation to that food. It is crafted using a stick and a bucket of milk.
