Discord Integration Mod (1.21.1, 1.20.1) – Links Your Server Chat

Discord Integration Mod (1.21.1, 1.20.1) adds Discord integration to the game. Sends Minecraft messages to Discord, and vice versa. Currently adds RichPresence support to Minecraft. No chat relay added. Can be configured to use your own app.

This plugin links your server chat with a channel on your discord server.
