In Horn’s For War Mod [1.20.1], goat horns will have a new use. Now, when used, they will restore three hearts to the player and anyone nearby, as well as grant an enhancement effect. The enhancement effect slightly increases movement speed, boosts knockback, makes the effect holder immune to knockback, and enhances attack speed.
