Kaleidoscope Mod [1.21.1] [1.20.6] [1.19.4] [1.18.2]  allows you to customize the colors of in-game elements. Currently, it lets you change the outline color of blocks, fog, sky, water, and underwater fog. To adjust the settings, use the command: /kaleidoscope.
