Lifesteal Addon (1.20, 1.19) is inspired by the plugin used in the Lifesteal SMP. In this unique gameplay mechanic, when you meet your demise, you lose a heart, but when you successfully eliminate another player, you gain a heart in return! This addon is continually updated to stay compatible with the latest Minecraft versions. Its notable features encompass heart-stealing, heart crafting, heart withdrawal, and the intriguing ability to revive players who have exhausted all their hearts after falling in battle.

Hearts

  • When you kill someone, you gain their heart and they lose one
  • When you die, you become a ghost (Ghosts are permanently stuck in spectator mode)

  • ?withdraw <amount> | Withdraws an amount of hearts
  • ?revive <player> | Revives a ghost
  • ?welcome | Show the welcome message

Staff Commands (/tag @s add lifesteal-opped)

  • ?sethearts <amount> | Set your heart to count to an amount
  • ?reset <player> | Resets a player
  • ?setmaxhearts <20/40/60/80/100> | Set maximum amount of hearts
  • ?heartdisplay <true/false> | Set maximum amount of hearts

Heart Fragment – Used to make hearts

Heart Essence – Used to make hearts

Heart – Used to gain 1 heart

Gain a heart by:

  • Killing another player

  • Using a heart item

Lose a heart by:

  • Getting killed

Withdrawing hearts:

  • Hearts can be withdrawn by doing ? withdraw <amount>

The heart of life

The heart of life can be used to revive people, to do it:

  1. Hold the heart of life
  2. Use the command ?revive <player>

  • This addon requires these settings to be turned on: Spectator Mode, Holiday Creator Features, and GameTest Framework.
