World Tooltips Mod 1.12.2, 1.10.2 (Tooltips Over Items)

World Tooltips Mod 1.12.2, 1.10.2 adds tooltips over items on the ground.

This is an exceptionally simple yet effective mod that brings in-world tooltips for items on the ground. It will also add Not Enough Items and/or Waila information if either of those mods are installed.
